I really enjoyed the Victoria Secret Fashion show last night!
One problem. Anytime I watch a Fashion Show of this magnitude, It makes me want to do 1000 sit-ups. I actually did a few on the couch while I was watching the show. Not so sure it helped! For those of you ladies who can feel my pain, you are not alone and I am here with you (Micheal Jackson *singing voice*), lol! This video gives some workout tips from the Victoria Secret’s Angel Alessandra on how to get that runway body!
P.S. Ladies although it is vital that we take care of our bodies, please don’t be too hard on yourself. You must first be comfortable in your own skin and have high self esteem. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter what body you have!
